2008 Miss Teen Southlake Rules & Forms
Eligibility Rules for Miss Teen Southlake
Miss Teen Southlake
contestants must meet the following qualifications:

" Citizen of the United States of America
" Never before competed in any National Finals of the Miss America's
Outstanding Teen Organization.
" Must be at least thirteen (13) years of age and at least in 8th grade
on the day of Miss Teen Southlake Scholarship Pageant.
" May not have graduated from high school, nor received a G.E.D., before
the MAOT 2009 National Finals (tentatively planned to be held in August 2008),
except for 16 year-olds who graduated early.
" May not turn eighteen (18) years of age on or before August 31, 2008.
" May be starting senior year of high school in the Fall of 2008.
" Must reside in or be enrolled in, and attending classes on a full-time
basis in an accredited school or home schooling program with passing scores
in all academic, extracurricular and citizenship grades.
" Must be a resident of the state for a minimum of 6 months prior to
the first day of Miss Southlake's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant OR
" IF competing in Texas because you are a student here, you must have
completed one full semester as a full-time student in Texas and continue to
be enrolled in, and attend classes on a full-time basis in an accredited school
or home schooling program.
" You must be single, never married, and female by birth and never conceived
a child.
" You must be of good moral character and have a competitive spirit.
" Never been convicted of any criminal offense and no criminal charges
presently pending.
" The Miss Southlake's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant is open to
anyone in the State of Texas, but since we are active in the community you
will be required to appear at local community events.
" The entry fee ($100) is non-refundable for Miss Southlake's Outstanding
Teen Pageant.
" Your Miss Teen Southlake paperwork must be completed, witnessed and
returned before you will be allowed to compete in the Miss Teen Southlake
Scholarship Pageant.
" If you win the Miss Teen Southlake Scholarship Pageant title, you will
be required to sign a contract appointing the Miss Southlake Scholarship Organization
as your manager.
" Since you are under the legal age in Texas to enter into a contract,
your parents or legal guardian must enter into the management contract along
with you.
" As the winner of the Miss Teen Southlake title, if within 10 days from
the date of the Miss Teen Southlake Scholarship Pageant you or your parents
or legal guardian fail to enter into the management contract appointing Miss
Southlake Scholarship Organization as your manager, you will forfeit your
right to the title and any and all awards and the title and awards will pass
to a runner up who is capable of performing under the terms and conditions
set forth by the Miss Southlake Scholarship Organization.

Print the paperwork, complete it and mail it along with your $100 entry fee to Miss Southlake Scholarship Pageant, 1920 N Kimball Ave, Southlake, TX. 76092. The check should be made payable to the Miss Southlake Scholarship Organization.
